With over a decade of classroom experience, Karen is passionate about making teaching easier for new educators. She is dedicated to equipping teachers with the tools, support, and confidence they need to succeed—especially in those critical first years—so they can focus on what matters most: helping students learn.
Karen holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Curriculum and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Education from the University of Illinois.

At year one done, we support new math teachers by providing complete lesson materials and daily coaching - so their first year can be less stressful and more successful. Our goal is to replace overwhelm with confidence and help teachers build a strong foundation from day one.
From ready-to-use notes and activities to practical, real-time teaching support, we take care of the planning so teachers can focus on connecting with their students. We believe that when teachers feel equipped and encouraged, they will do an excellent job for their school community.
