I am currently working as an Associate Professor at Department of Business Administration National Central University. Before the academic job, I was a public servant in  the Ministry of Economic Affair, Investment Commission (i.e., MOEAIC) during 2011/1-2019/6, where I was responsible for reviewing inbound foreign direct investment (FDI) projects. This professional experience has profoundly shaped my research agenda on how multinational enterprises (MNEs) and entrepreneurial ventures navigate complex institutional and resource environments.

My research interests span international business, strategic management, and startup entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on international entry and resource acquisition strategies. Specifically, my work investigates (1) how MNEs adapt to host-country governance and regulatory environments in their investment and partnership strategies, (2) how policy uncertainty shapes knowledge transfer and subsidiary–parent relationships, and (3) how entrepreneurial ventures balance founder control, board composition, and external resource acquisition to pursue growth.

Outside of academia, I maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy marathon running, cycling, and yoga. I also like watching U.S. TV series and spending quality time with my family, often finding joy in playful moments together.
