Phd Student in Economics

I am a second-year PhD student in Economics at UNSW. As an applied microeconomist specializing in behavioral and experimental economics, I am particularly interested in incentives, loss aversion, competitiveness, and the cultural foundations of human behavior. A central theme of my work is understanding how these behavioral factors shape labor market outcomes, with a focus on explaining and addressing persistent gender disparities.
My advisors: Dr Pauline Grosjean, Dr Jane Y Zhang, Dr Federico Masera
