Ordering T&C:

- Please submit your order online at least 3 working days in advance before your Order Fulfillment Date. Online submission is not proof of order unless as confirmed by us through phone/message/email.
- We will contact you ASAP upon receipt of your online order. Please contact us if you do not hear from us within 48 hrs of your order request.
- Customers who orders within 3 working days may still submit their orders but deliveries are non-guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to reject orders when we are fully booked on that day.
- If your order is urgent, we will be most happy and grateful if you can call us directly to talk about your order.
- Please confirm all details are right upon order placement. Please note that all confirmation is taken as final.
- Please note that no cancellation/changes will be allowed 3 working days from the Order Fulfillment Date.
- Any changes required needs to be done more than 3 working days in advance of the Order Fulfillment Date. We reserve the right not to entertain any last minute changes or amendments to your order.
- The customer is liable to compensate Yati's Kitchen 50% of the total price should he/she cancel the order less than 3 working days before the Order Fulfillment Date.
- The customer is liable to compensate Yati's Kitchen 100% of the total price should he/she cancel the order less than 1 working days before the Order Fulfillment Date.
- All photos are for illustration purposes. Actual weights, sizes, quantities of items are based on approximation.

- A non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of orders upon order confirmation.
- Cash or cheque payment must be made upon delivery and receipt of order.
- Our prices are nett prices inclusive of GST.

- We will try our best for orders to arrive within an hour of the requested timing. With the road conditions in Singapore, it is beyond our control if it takes a longer time for the order to be delivered, due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. Heavy road conditions. As such, the customer is still liable for payment and it does not constitute any refund on the price or any form of compensation even if the order is declined.
- Orders delivered is solely food and does not include cutlery, tables and chairs.
- Should serving table be required, please do inform during order placement.
- Delivery services are available island-wide with a flat fee charge of SGD$40.00.
BBQ T&C:

- BBQ service is only for food ordered from Yati's Kitchen and charges apply.
- For condo owners, please ensure BBQ pit has been pre-booked. For landed owners, please ensure there is a table provided for the BBQ of satay or a BBQ pit for BBQ of other food.

- We provide COMPLIMENTARY food warmers for orders above 30 pax. Charges applies for orders below 30 pax.
- The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the utensils and food equipment provided for the buffet order. Our company reserves the right to charge or bill the customer for any loss or damages to these items.
- For any food requiring food warmer, it will be available for a maximum of 3 hours from the time of arrival.
- Duration of function is 3 hours (approx.), starting from arrival time.
