All notarial fees are set by California law. As a commissioned Notary Public. You will never be charged more than the state allows.

Acknowledgment (document signing verification): $15
Jurat (oath or affirmation and signing): $15
Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15
Deposition Services:$30 total (plus additional statutory amounts for specific parts)
Copy of Notary Journal Entry: $0.30 per line item
In addition to the statutory notary fees above, I may offer the following services at pre-disclosed amounts. These are optional and agreed upon in advance:
Mobile/Travel Fee — For notarization at your home, office, or other location. Travel fees vary based on distance/time and will be discussed when scheduling.
After-Hours or Weekend Appointments — Notarization outside of normal business hours, an additional service fee may apply.
Printing, Copies, or Document Preparation — These may be charged at a reasonable rate.
Note: Travel and service fees are not governed by the statutory notary fee schedule, but will always be disclosed and agreed upon before your appointment.
