“Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a wayfarer.”
- (Hadith Bukhari)
On this website, you can find a glimpse of my works and activities.
I’m an experimental economist currently working at the University of Milan with Prof. Daniela Grieco.
My research interests are driven by three pillars at the common denominator: development, social cohesion and well-being.
As the main focus is on topics concerning prosocial behavior, inequality and migration, the common denominator is given by identity matters and its multiple-composition, i.e., cultural, religious, national etc. Most likely, the latter aspect is also driven by my origins.
During my PhD at Sapienza Univesity of Rome, I had the privilege to work with Dr. Gianluca Grimalda.
Those years have been a life-changing training experience through which I explored tools to conduct experimental research.
Along with an experimental survey, I have conducted a field experiment within the Italian Muslim community, exploring donations and self-signalling preferences.
A lot can be said, but I guess I will give you the chance to explore how much you'd like to.
Please feel free to zig-zag around the site and do not hesitate to reach out.
Looking forward to connecting.
