YASHVEDH Privacy Policy

YASHVEDH is an educational application designed to provide HSC Board and MHT-CET study resources to students. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information used to provide and improve the YASHVEDH application.

• Student Name or account information provided for authentication. • Study-related information or settings that you choose to provide while using the application. • Technical information necessary to provide app functionality, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical issues.

YASHVEDH uses Firebase Authentication for account authentication. Passwords are used for authentication and are not intended to be stored directly by YASHVEDH.

• Provide and maintain app features. • Authenticate users and maintain account security. • Provide study-related functionality. • Prevent misuse and maintain app security. • Improve the reliability and performance of the application.

3. Third-Party Services

YASHVEDH uses Google Firebase services for certain application functions, including user authentication.

We do not sell or rent users' personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the application, provide requested services, maintain security, or comply with applicable laws and legal requirements.

How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their YASHVEDH account and eligible personal information by contacting YASHVEDH Support.

Steps to request deletion:

1. Send an email to yashvedh.in@gmail.com.

2. Use the subject line "YASHVEDH Data Deletion Request".

3. Include the Student Name or account details needed to identify the account.

4. YASHVEDH will review the request and process the deletion of eligible data.

Account-related personal information and eligible study/account data will be deleted where applicable. Certain information may be retained for as long as necessary when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

YASHVEDH does not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that personal information has been provided inappropriately, they may contact YASHVEDH Support at the email address below.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the application, services, or applicable requirements.

Any updated Privacy Policy will be reflected by changing the "Last Updated" date on this page.
