I am a doctoral candidate in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Virginia Tech. I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Jonathan Boreyko at the Nature-Inspired Fluids & Interfaces (NIFI) Lab. 

I am a trained experimentalist with a strong bend for Scaling Analysis. My research interests broadly lie at the intersection of Fluid Dynamics, Materials Engineering and Phase Change Heat Transfer. My work leverages insights from how naturally occurring systems interact with fluidic surroundings and help translate these concepts into sustainable engineering solutions. 

My aim is to use my technical skills to help develop technologies that address contemporary problems in Health and Environment.
