How It Started

Founded in 2024 by Yahya Pourhassan and a passionate team of health and tech professionals, YaşamFit was born out of the need for accessible, all-in-one health services — especially for busy individuals, digital nomads, and remote workers.

We realized people were jumping between different platforms for fitness, massage, diet, and coaching. We decided to bring it all together — powered by AI and delivered with care.
