About:
Vision - years ago I was told that I “see things through rose-coloured glasses”, that I see things differently to others and always see the positive, the potential. I’ve seen this enacted in my paid career, but more recently in my creative side. I see the materials headed for the shredder as potential artworks, and accommodate them accordingly.
Celebrate the things to come, the nuts become seeds...when you’ve had enough of your arrangement you can remove the arrangement from the pot and either pop it in your garden recycling, or plant it in the garden to see what might grow!
Yarnsprouts: Yarn - my love of yarn sprang from a young age, when I was taught to knit by my older sister at about six years old.
Sprout - to spring up, to come forth as new growth.
Blending my love of yarn, my embracing of new growth, and my value of recycling :).

The Products:
Please note: I am working with seasonal living products, pictures are subject to change as I forage to season, weather condition and location. Plants and trees provide their nuts and seeds at different times and, much as I ask them, they give what is given.
I forage only plant material that is destined for mulching. Limited ‘fresh’ material is sourced either from my own garden or with the permission of a private owner. None of the materials are removed from living trees or from any native bushland areas.
**arrangements can be quite fragile, handle delicately**

In respectful honour of the traditional owners of the land on which I reside and forage, I choose some terminology using the names by which they were already known prior to colonisation. They were known, they were named, they were lived and loved.
