7. Child Safety Standards – Yari Da [NEW – ADDED]

Yari Da is a social voice-based communication application operated by MGL Club.
We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Yari Da:

• Any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

• Sexual content involving minors

• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualized communication with minors

• Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Any behavior that endangers or exploits children

In-App Reporting and Moderation

Yari Da provides in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior, including suspected CSAE or CSAM.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement actions are taken.

Handling of CSAM

Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is removed immediately. Relevant user accounts are terminated, and reports are made to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Yari Da complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement agencies when required.
