1. Overview

Welcome to YardSale. By accessing or using the YardSale mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Subscription Terms

YardSale offers the following purchase options:

2.1 Premium Access Options

- Monthly Premium: $2.99/month

- Annual Premium: $20.99/year

- Lifetime Access: $79.99 (one-time payment)

2.2 Auto-Renewal Terms

- Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

- Auto-renewal can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings

- No refunds for unused portions of the subscription period

3. User Data

3.1 Content Ownership

- You retain all rights to the content you create in the app (photos, item descriptions, sales records)

- By using the app, you grant us a license to store and display your content within the app

3.2 iCloud Sync

- Data syncing requires an active iCloud account

- We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service issues

4. App Features

4.1 Free Features

- Basic inventory tracking

- Limited photo storage

- Basic sales recording

4.2 Premium Features

- Unlimited items and photos

- Multiple simultaneous sales management

- Cloud sync across devices

- Export sales data

- Detailed sales analytics

- iCloud sync

- Multiple photos per item

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information

- Use the app for its intended purpose

- Not attempt to circumvent premium features

- Not distribute or share premium access

- Comply with all applicable laws regarding sales and transactions

6. Limitations of Liability

- The app is provided "as is" without warranties

- We are not liable for any damages arising from app use

- We are not responsible for sales outcomes or transaction disputes

- We do not guarantee specific sales results or pricing accuracy

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app immediately for:

- Violation of these Terms

- Suspected fraudulent activity

- Non-payment of subscription fees
