Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping & Return Policy
Products are aimed to deliver within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Customized items are made just for your pet, so please allow a little extra love and time.
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in original condition. If there's a manufacturing defect, Yap & Nap will cover all return shipping costs. For personal change-of-mind returns, customers will be responsible for shipping fees.
