Yi Xiao

Yi Xiao is a Ph.D. student at South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou, China, and is currently a Visiting Ph.D. Student at University College London (UCL) for one year. His research focuses on floating offshore wind turbines, wave energy converters, and the coupled dynamics and performance optimisation of floating wind–wave hybrid systems. He has published several research articles in "Energy", "Ocean Engineering", and "Physics of Fluids".
