Hi guys, my pc recently got hit by a very tricky virus call "minergate.exe", first found out something wrong when my pc keep freezing/lag even it's on idle, but everything turns smooth once i open task manager, so i suspect that particular virus able to detect "task manager" and close itself each time i open it up. Then i install task manager alike software call "process explorer" and there it is, "minergate.exe" showing up and hogging about 50% of my cpu usage. I searched online and recommended by someone to install a "legit" Anti Virus Software call "Unhackme", it work and detected minergate.exe and deleted it..problem is, even my cpu usage is now fine on idle and minergate was deleted, every 10 minutes+- an error will show up and it says "Window cannot find minergate.exe, make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again", seems like some other program was trying to launch minergate.exe but it was deleted but i just couldn't find it and the error won't stop popping up...
