EE 049100: Reliability, Equity, and Reproducibility in Modern Machine Learning
We will study methodologies to guarantee the reliability, equity, and reproducibility of advanced machine learning systems, such as deep neural nets. We will learn how to predict with confidence and how to mitigate discrimination against minorities. We will also explore frameworks for multiple hypothesis testing, allowing us to make replicable scientific discoveries using any complex learning system. Additional information can be found here.
