My research focuses on entrepreneurial decision-making, entrepreneurial performance, innovation and public policy. 

Under the guidance of Professors Alfonso Gambardella and Arnaldo Camuffo, my doctoral dissertation delves into exploring how family resources impact entrepreneurial performance and innovation.

I have also conducted a field experiment in China, where I worked with 200 start-ups. In this field experiment, we explored the effect of a scientific approach to entrepreneurial decision-making.

Before joining academic, I have worked for three years as a management trainee at a leading FMCG company in China.

I am on the job market and looking for a faculty position of Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship/Strategy/Management.
