Yanduo Chen 陈彦多

I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student at the School of Accountancy, Singapore Management University (SMU). I am now visiting the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

My research focuses on empirical financial accounting, with particular interests in political economy and corporate governance. My recent work documents four stylized facts on shareholder narratives in proposals from 1994 to 2025.

I hold a B.Sc (2020) in Mathematics from Zhejiang University, China. I joined SMU in 2022 and received the Presidential Doctoral Fellowship in 2025.
