Philip Yancey on the Logos Hope

Philip and Janet Yancey on Board

In November 2017, Philip and Janet Yancey arrived in Bridgetown, Barbados to experience the Logos Hope first hand. They accepted an invitation to see the ship in action – and to share from their lives. The entire crew heard from the author nearly twenty books such as Vanishing Grace and The Question That Never Goes Away and The Jesus I Never Knew. He addressed us numerous times. By "coincidence," the Yancey's arrived on the ship as several of the key boards of directors from the OM world held in their meetings on the ship the very same weekend. Yancey delivered messages to the boards and to the entire crew during worship on Sunday morning. He also led devotionals and special seminars. All were very well attended. Both Philip and Janet engaged with intentionality and grace with everyone they met, including our Barbados guests who flooded the Book Fair.
