Submission Guidelines

The application is now open. 

To participate in the conference, please fill in the form.

If you want to give a presentation and/or to hold a small course, a short abstract is required (on page 2/3).

All the early applications will be processed by the 27th of May.

Late applications are processed within a week from submission.

The early registration fee (non-refundable) is 120 euros.

This rate applies for registrations completed before the 30th of June 2024.

The late registration fee (non-refundable) is 150 euros.
This rate applies for registrations completed starting from the 1st of July 2024.

The link for the registration will be sent to you by email once your application is accepted.

Please notice: Long abstract received after 15th August 2024 are not guaranteed to be included in the book of abstract.
