I believe one of the main failings of behavioral sciences is their inability to translate into direct commercial impact. If we as a field are able to navigate that, much lies ahead. Also, I love going through the complete cycle - from research to technology development, commercialization, and ultimately delivering customer value. This teaches me lessons I cannot learn anywhere else. Thus, I am listing my contributions done in the last few years that are in the public domain:
Owned and Developed a complete new product in the Adobe DX portfolio named as the Sales Qualifier. This app brings together my research on personalization and behavioral sciences into the hands of customers. :)
Owned and Developed a product to transfer websites automatically from any CMS to the AEM CMS - first of its kind product. Specifically, I owned the development of the web critic agent which finds out the difference between the original and the transferred website (pixel differences simply do not work :).
Led the development of one of the star features of Adobe Express: Caption Writer.
Owned and Led the development of Interactive Webinars in Marketo Engage - we delivered the complete GenAI portfolio of features including chapters, summary, chat with the video, video to shorts, etc. All completely based on the research done by me and my team :)
