If you want a lightweight, professional-grade wired headset designed for musicians and extended wear with a neutral sound signature, choose Yamaha HPH-150B; if you need high-resolution audio detail, a rich bass response, and an ergonomic in-ear design specifically suited for small ears, choose SIVGA M300.
Yamaha HPH-150B vs SIVGA M300 at a Glance
• SIVGA M300: Offers a spacious HiFi soundstage with powerful bass and crystal-clear trebles using a large graphene driver, though it requires a more precise fit for comfort.
• The Verdict on Fit: The Yamaha is built for over-the-ear coverage and studio work, while the SIVGA M300 is the superior choice for those seeking the best with microphone bluetooth earbuds for small ears who prioritize sound fidelity over volume.
The Yamaha HPH-150B is engineered with a specific purpose: to serve as a transparent window into your music or performance without adding coloration. As an open-air headphone with a neutral tone palette, its primary strength lies in faithful reproduction. If you are playing a digital instrument, recording vocals, or simply listening to classical music where accuracy matters more than punchy bass, this unit excels. The design prioritizes a balanced frequency response that avoids the artificial boost often found in consumer headphones, ensuring what you hear is exactly what was recorded.
Comfort is another pillar of the HPH-150B's design philosophy. It features small, soft, light-weight velour ear pads that allow for comfortable listening for extended periods. This is crucial for anyone who wears headphones for hours during practice sessions or long mixing jobs. The swivel mechanism allows the driver unit to turn 90 degrees, enabling the ear cups to properly fit your ear angle regardless of head shape. Combined with a smooth-adjusting headband, the build creates a stress-free experience that feels secure without clamping too tightly. Weighing in at just 133 grams with the cable, it remains unobtrusive even when you move around the room.
How We Research
We compare products from their published specs and features; the verdicts below are our independent editorial opinions.
However, this headphone is not for everyone. Its open-air design means there is no noise isolation; you will hear the room around you, and others will hear your music leaking out. If you need to block out a noisy office or commute, this product will frustrate you. Additionally, the lack of a built-in microphone means it cannot function as a hands-free communication device. You must rely on external tools for calls. It is also strictly wired, featuring a 2-meter cable with gold-plated plugs, which offers reliability and zero latency but removes any wireless convenience. This pick is ideal for the musician or critical listener who values sonic purity and physical comfort above all else.
The SIVGA M300 takes a different approach entirely, focusing on delivering a high-fidelity, immersive experience through advanced materials and a larger driver. At the heart of these earbuds is a 15.4mm large dynamic driver equipped with a high-strength magnetic system and a single-piece graphene-coated diaphragm. This combination delivers a wide soundstage, powerful bass, and richly detailed audio that feels authentic and lifelike. Unlike the flat neutrality of the Yamaha, the M300 is tuned to be engaging, offering smooth mids and transparent trebles that make every note pop. The integration of a high-purity OFC coil minimizes signal transmission loss, ensuring maximum sound resolution even at lower volumes.
Where the Yamaha relies on size and padding for comfort, the SIVGA M300 uses material science to achieve a weightless feel. The housing is crafted from African ebony wood, which efficiently absorbs unwanted vibrations to reduce resonance interference, enhancing clarity. Paired with CNC-machined aviation aluminum alloy components, the earbuds conform ergonomically to the ear canal. This construction makes them exceptionally durable and scratch-resistant while maintaining a lightweight profile of just 29 grams. For users with smaller ear canals, the in-ear form factor is often more secure and comfortable than bulky over-ear designs. The package includes three pairs of ear tips, allowing you to find the perfect seal for your specific anatomy.
The trade-off here is the nature of the connection and the power requirements. Like the Yamaha, these are wired earbuds with a 3.5mm jack, meaning you are tethered to your source. However, the higher impedance of 64 ohms suggests they may require a decent amplifier or a strong output from your phone to reach their full potential, unlike the 32-ohm Yamaha which is easier to drive. There is no active noise cancellation or Bluetooth capability, so you are committed to a pure analog signal path. This product is perfect for the audiophile who wants to hear every nuance of a track and prefers a compact, secure fit that doesn't slip out of small ears during movement.

In my opinion, if you have small ears and are looking for the best with microphone bluetooth earbuds for small ears, the SIVGA M300 is the clear winner. While the Yamaha HPH-150B is a marvel of engineering for musicians, its over-ear form factor and open-back design simply do not suit those with smaller ear canals as effectively as the precision-engineered in-ear drivers of the SIVGA. The M300's use of ebony and aluminum creates a fit that is both secure and comfortable, while the 15.4mm driver delivers a level of detail and bass response that the Yamaha cannot match. For anyone prioritizing sound quality, comfort in a compact form, and a design that stays put, the SIVGA M300 is the device I would buy.
