제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 '약올려'(이하 '앱')가 제공하는 약 복용 일정 관리, 복용 알림, 복용 확인 및 기록 관리 등 관련 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (처리하는 정보 및 이용 목적)

1. 앱은 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 등록한 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

- 프로필 이름

- 프로필 사진

- 약 이름

- 약 사진

- 약 형태 및 복용 단위

- 1회 복용량

- 복용 시간

- 복용 요일 및 복용 기간

- 식전·식후 등 복용 관련 정보

- 사용자가 직접 입력한 메모

- 복용 완료, 건너뛰기, 다시 알림, 미확인 등의 복용 기록

2. 위 정보는 다음 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.

- 약 복용 일정 관리

- 약 복용 알림 제공

- 복용 대상자 및 약 식별

- 복용 여부 확인 및 기록

- 주간·기간별 복용 기록 확인

- 앱 내 복약 관리 편의 기능 제공

3. 사용자가 입력한 프로필, 약 정보, 복용 기록 및 사진은 사용자의 단말기 내부에 저장되며, 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

제3조 (사진 및 카메라 이용)

1. 앱은 프로필 사진 및 약 사진 등록을 위해 사용자가 선택한 경우 카메라 또는 사진 관련 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

2. 촬영하거나 선택한 사진은 프로필 또는 약을 식별하고 복약 관리 기능을 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

3. 등록된 사진은 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 약 사진은 사용자가 약을 구분하기 위한 보조 수단이며, 앱은 촬영된 사진을 이용하여 약의 성분, 효능, 종류 또는 의학적 정보를 분석하거나 판별하지 않습니다.

제4조 (서비스 이용)

1. 앱은 프로필 관리, 약 정보 등록, 복용 일정 설정, 복용 알림, 복용 확인 및 기록 관리 등의 기능을 제공합니다.

2. 무료 이용자와 유료 이용자가 사용할 수 있는 기능의 범위는 앱의 이용 등급 및 운영 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

3. 유료 서비스가 제공되는 경우 구체적인 가격, 이용 기간 및 제공 기능은 앱 또는 Google Play, App Store에 표시되는 내용을 따릅니다. 

제5조 (유료 서비스 결제 및 환불)

1. 앱 내 유료 서비스가 제공되는 경우 결제는 Google Play, App Store 등 앱 마켓의 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다. 

2. 결제 취소, 환불 및 구독 관리에 관한 사항은 관련 법령 및 결제가 이루어진 앱 마켓의 정책에 따릅니다.

3. 유료 서비스의 구체적인 결제 방식과 이용 조건은 실제 유료 기능이 적용되는 시점의 앱 내 안내를 따릅니다.

제6조 (데이터의 보관 및 삭제)

1. 사용자가 입력한 앱 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 단말기 내부에 저장됩니다.

2. 프로필을 삭제하면 해당 프로필에 연결된 복용 기록, 약 정보 및 일정 등의 관련 데이터도 앱에서 삭제됩니다.

3. 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화, 기기 분실 또는 기기 변경 등으로 단말기 내부 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다.

4. 개발자는 해당 데이터를 별도의 서버에 보관하지 않으므로 단말기에서 삭제된 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.

제7조 (알림 기능)

1. 앱은 사용자가 등록한 약 복용 시간에 맞춰 단말기의 알림 기능을 이용해 복용 알림을 제공합니다.

2. 알림 기능을 위해 알림 권한, 예약 알람 및 기기 재부팅 이후 알림 복원과 관련된 시스템 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. 기기의 알림 권한, 절전 설정, 배터리 최적화, 운영체제 설정 또는 기기 상태 등에 따라 알림이 지연되거나 정상적으로 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 중요한 약 복용 여부를 앱 알림에만 의존하지 마시고 실제 처방 및 복약 지시에 따라 확인하시기 바랍니다.

제8조 (의료 관련 안내 및 면책)

1. 약올려는 사용자가 약 복용 일정과 복용 기록을 관리하는 데 도움을 주기 위한 복약 관리 보조 앱입니다.

2. 앱은 의료기관 또는 의약 전문가가 제공하는 진단, 처방, 치료 또는 약사의 복약지도를 대신하지 않습니다.

3. 약의 종류, 복용량, 복용 방법, 복용 시간 및 복용 중단 여부는 반드시 의사, 약사 또는 해당 의약품의 공식 안내에 따라야 합니다.

4. 사용자가 앱에 잘못된 약 정보나 복용 시간을 입력함으로써 발생한 결과에 대해서는 개발자가 이를 직접 확인하거나 판단할 수 없습니다.

5. 앱에서 제공하는 복용 기록 및 통계는 사용자가 입력하거나 확인한 정보를 바탕으로 제공되는 관리용 정보이며 의료적 판단을 위한 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하지 않습니다.

제9조 (제3자 제공 및 외부 전송)

1. 앱은 사용자가 입력한 프로필 정보, 약 정보, 복용 기록 및 사진을 개발자 서버에 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 해당 데이터를 광고, 마케팅 또는 이용자 프로파일링 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 현재 앱에는 광고 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

4. 다만, 구독 결제의 유효성 확인을 위해 RevenueCat(결제 관리 서비스)이 구매 영수증 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이는 결제 검증 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 

제10조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

1. 개발자는 서비스 개선, 오류 수정, 운영 정책 변경 등을 위해 앱의 기능, 화면 구성, 이용 등급 또는 서비스 범위를 변경할 수 있습니다.

2. 중요한 서비스 또는 개인정보 처리 방식의 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 관련 내용을 안내할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for YakUp (MedsUp)

Hello. IT-LIN provides an app service that helps with everyday medication management.

[YakUp (MedsUp) Terms of Service and Privacy Policy]

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by 'YakUp' (hereinafter the 'App'), including medication schedule management, dosage reminders, dose confirmation, and record management.

Article 2 (Information Processed and Purpose of Use)

1. The App may process the following information that users directly enter or register:

• Profile name

• Profile photo

• Medication name

• Medication photo

• Medication form and dosage unit

• Dosage amount per intake

• Dosage time

• Days and duration of intake

• Information related to intake timing (before/after meals, etc.)

• Notes entered by the user

• Intake records (completed, skipped, remind later, unconfirmed, etc.)

2. The above information is used for the following purposes:

• Managing medication schedules

• Providing dosage reminders

• Identifying the person and medication for each dose

• Confirming and recording whether doses were taken

• Reviewing weekly/period-based intake records

• Providing in-app medication management convenience features

3. Profiles, medication information, intake records, and photos entered by the user are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the developer.

Article 3 (Use of Photos and Camera)

1. The App may use the camera or photo-related functions when the user chooses to register a profile photo or medication photo.

2. Photos taken or selected are used only to identify the profile or medication and to provide medication management features.

3. Registered photos are not transmitted to the developer's server.

4. Medication photos are an auxiliary means for the user to distinguish medications; the App does not analyze or identify the ingredients, efficacy, type, or medical information of a medication using captured photos.

Article 4 (Use of Service)

1. The App provides features such as profile management, medication registration, dosage schedule setup, dosage reminders, dose confirmation, and record management.

2. The scope of features available to free and paid users may vary depending on the App's usage tier and operating policy.

3. Where paid services are provided, the specific price, usage period, and included features follow what is displayed in the App, Google Play, or the App Store.

Article 5 (Payment and Refunds for Paid Services)

1. Where paid services are provided within the App, payment is processed through the payment systems of app marketplaces such as Google Play or the App Store.

2. Matters regarding payment cancellation, refunds, and subscription management follow applicable law and the policies of the app marketplace through which payment was made.

3. The specific payment method and terms of use for paid services follow the in-app notice at the time the paid feature is actually applied.

Article 6 (Data Retention and Deletion)

1. App data entered by the user is, in principle, stored locally on the user's device.

2. If a profile is deleted, the intake records, medication information, and schedules associated with that profile are also deleted from the App.

3. Data stored on the device may be deleted due to app deletion, device reset, loss, or device replacement.

4. Because the developer does not store this data on a separate server, data deleted from the device cannot be recovered.

Article 7 (Notification Feature)

1. The App provides dosage reminders using the device's notification function according to the medication times registered by the user.

2. To provide notifications, the App may use system functions related to notification permissions, scheduled alarms, and notification restoration after device reboot.

3. Depending on the device's notification permissions, power-saving settings, battery optimization, operating system settings, or device state, notifications may be delayed or may not display properly.

4. Please do not rely solely on App notifications for important medication decisions; always follow your actual prescription and pharmacist's instructions.

Article 8 (Medical Disclaimer)

1. YakUp is a medication management assistant app designed to help users manage their medication schedules and intake records.

2. The App does not replace diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or pharmacist guidance provided by a medical institution or healthcare professional.

3. The type, dosage, method, timing, and discontinuation of any medication must always follow the guidance of a doctor, pharmacist, or the official information for that medication.

4. The developer cannot verify or judge outcomes resulting from a user entering incorrect medication information or dosage times into the App.

5. Intake records and statistics provided by the App are management information based on data entered or confirmed by the user, and are not intended to provide material for medical judgment.

Article 9 (Third-Party Disclosure and External Transmission)

1. The App does not transmit the profile information, medication information, intake records, or photos entered by the user to the developer's server.

2. This data is not sold or provided to third parties for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes.

3. The App does not currently include any advertising features.

4. However, to verify the validity of subscription payments, RevenueCat (a subscription management service) may process purchase receipt information, which is used solely for payment verification purposes.

Article 10 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

1. The developer may change the App's features, screen composition, usage tier, or scope of service for purposes such as service improvement, bug fixes, or changes to operating policy.

2. In the event of a significant change to the service or to how personal information is processed, related information may be announced through the App or this page.
