I am a development economist with an interest in health economics, primarily mental health outcomes. I am also interested in urban economics.
I am an associate professor at HSE University (St, Petersburg). Previously I worked at Georg-August University of Goettingen, where I had obtained my doctorate while being a member of the "Globalisation and Development" research and training group, and served as an external consultant (STC) for the World Bank's "Urban Poverty" project.
