As per YAF National Council Resolution during the 15th YAF Biennial National Convention, held in Diocese of Malolos.

*Hereby giving the Apostolic Members Due to the National of Php 100.00, within the term of the YAF National EXCOM (2017-2019) entitle to received a YAF Apostolic Members ID as a privilege of helping the YAF National Council to its programs of the organization.

*To received a YAF Apostolic Members ID, you need to fill-in the application form and provide all the information required.

*Once the form completed, you may Send your YAF Apostolic Members ID Application to the YAF National President| c/o WAF/YAF Center, Patria de Cebu, Cebu City

or you can scan your application and send it to yafnational.philippines@gmail.com

*for the payment , you may send it to any money transfer (ex. palawan, cebuana, etc)
