I am currently an Assistant Professor and Presidential Frontier Faculty in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston. I have a joint appointment in the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine's Department of Health Systems and Population Health Sciences. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a Ph.D. degree in Statistics under the supervision of Dr. Bani K. Mallick and Dr. Debdeep Pati. After that, I was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Statistics at Texas A&M University from Fall 2019 to Summer 2022.
