Constitution

The constitution is adopted by the Coalition to establish its basic structure and operating procedures.

Parliamentary Authority

A parliamentary authority is a standard manual of parliamentary procedure to establish the rules for conducting meetings. The Coalition adopted the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised in its constitution.

Special Rules of Order

Special rules of order supplement or modify the rules contained in its parliamentary authority.
