Project Description: The purpose of the following Instructional Unit is to educate university faculty of what the interlibrary loan service consists of, and how to complete a request form to borrow materials the library does not own. Project Description: The following learning object instructs undergraduate students how to identify, and distinguish between different periodical types such as: Academic Journals, Trade Magazines, and Consumer Magazines. Learning about the individual characteristics of the various periodical types will help learners select adequate sources for academic work. The learning object is delivered via a website that includes content, interactive assessments, and multimedia.

Project Description: A multimedia microlearning object was created to address a real real-world instructional/training need or opportunity for a specific audience. A 3 minute video was created to educate college students how to search for public domain images in Google.

Project Description: The instructional solution created for this course intends to meet the knowledge gap of non-librarian staff who assist with the library's live chat service. The instructional solution is comprised of 4 modules, along with a final assessment to measure the knowledge obtained from the training. The modules were carefully organized based on the communication components of online chat interactions in professional settings. The topics covered by the modules are the following: Greetings and Introductions; Virtual Skills for the virtual reference consult; chat etiquette guidelines; and wrapping up the interaction. The training is crafted through the lens of customer service in an online setting.
