For those who are interested in making something like this themselves, here is the workflow that I am currently using. For these particular letters I started with the calligraphic tool in Inkscape to get the shape that I wanted, and then traced over them with the bezier pen tool (kind of like retopology) to make the final object. Then I resized the object to fit a box of 1000x1000 pixels, saved it as a svg file, and imported it into FontForge. Rinse and repeate for each letter. I used FontForge to generate a test font (currently just 10 symbols out of 50+), made a text object in Blender, and changed the font to the one I created.

It is widely known that the HGN Field Sobriety Test, the One-Leg Test, and the Walk-and-Turn Test are the three types of tests commonly used by law enforcement officers to recognize suspected drunk drivers. Many stories have been told, however, of police officers that ask drivers suspected of driving under the influence to recite the alphabet in order to prove their sobriety. Is this true? Is it even legal?
Strangely enough, the answer to both questions is yes. Although it is a non-standardized field sobriety test and not endorsed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it does not mean that law enforcement is barred from using this type of field sobriety test.
Reciting the alphabet may seem like a simple enough task. After all, everyone knows the alphabet, right? What many are unaware of is that the test seems designed to fail. I have even heard numerous stories from clients over the years of police officers having them recite the alphabet backwards. For fun, try doing that completely sober some time.
Since the test is not standardized, there are no set guidelines for how an officer can administer it. This basically means that the instructions for this test may vary from one police officer to another.

The NATO phonetic alphabet became effective in 1956 and just a few years later became the established universal phonetic alphabet. However, it took several adaptations before the version used today came into effect.
On the military side, the United States adopted a Joint Army/Navy Phonetic Alphabet, called the Able Baker alphabet after the first two code words, across all of its military branches in 1941. Two years later, the British Royal Air Force decided to use the Able Baker alphabet as well.
A common criticism of these alphabets was that they were rather English in composition. A new version incorporating sounds common to English, French, and Spanish was proposed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and came into effect on 1 November 1951 for civil aviation only. It is similar to the one used today.
As militaries and NATO continued to follow the Able Baker phonetic alphabet, it was clear the need for a universal phonetic alphabet still remained. A review of the Able Baker alphabet, spearheaded by NATO Allies US and UK, was conducted.

Key clinical features of DOR are the presence of regular menstrual periods and abnormal-but-not-postmenopausal ovarian reserve test results. A common clinical challenge is counseling patients with conflicting ovarian reserve test results. The clinical diagnosis of DOR and the interpretation of ovarian reserve testing are complicated by changing lab testing options and processing for anti-mullerian hormone since 2010. Further, complicating the diagnostic and research scenario is the existence of other distinct yet related clinical terms, specifically premature ovarian failure, primary ovarian insufficiency, poor ovarian response, and functional ovarian reserve. The similarities and differences between the definitions of DOR with each of these four terms are reviewed. We recommend greater medical community involvement in terminology decisions, and the addition of DOR-specific medical subject-heading search terms.
