Terms of Service

For reservations in closed months: I contact you in the order of the waitlist when I'm open again. You then have 3 days to respond or your slot will expire. If you answer afterwards I can set you on the waitlist again (of course the last slot).

Reservations are non-binding for both parties! For you, because of your personal reasons until it comes to payment. For me, if I don't accept the commission because the style and the do's and don'ts were not observed.

By claiming you are agreeing with the policies that I have implemented!

Claimer have to pay after accepted rough sketch of their character(s)!

Set price! Only one slot!

After claiming the slot you will be set on the waitlist just like a regular commission!

Prices are in EURO €! If you're not sure how much you would pay because your currency is not € Euro then please use a currency converter!

Payment after rough sketch via invoice! Please pay within 3 days or by arrangement at the agreed date!

Time I need: 1-4 weeks per YCH after payment!

Dimensions of the artworks are listed with the respective YCHs (customizable)

You will get a digital file (jpeg/png) with and without signature in full quality and low quality!

Only private use and non-profit use with credits! If you want to share it please use the signed low quality artwork to prevent theft!

You have not the right to sell it or to spend it as yours or to change my signature or the artwork in any way!

The preliminary sketches are my property and may not be used, modified, copied, passed on or published! Also not for private use!

I keep the copyright!

I will not do any changes on the final art!

I have all rights to submit the signed low quality artwork into my Gallery and other social media!

No commercial use!

I am free to refuse to draw an artwork that I am not interested in, or I feel that it does not go very well with the type of art I draw!

I will work on other drawings while working on YCHs!

I will not make a refund except if I can not finish the work for some unexpected reason, I will send your full money back within 7 days! Please be responsible for your own spendings!

Please be responsible for your claimation and don't cancel/ fake/ delete/ edit your claimation!
