YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE OR PRODUCT. THANK YOU!

REFUND POLICY:

I do not offer refunds for custom work. You must agree to this fact when employing my custom services! 

I put a lot of time and metal resources into my work. This is my sole source of income-- I cannot afford to give you a refund. I can instead offer a new or different custom service (sort of like store credit) to try and make up for any reason of needing a refund.

Items that are for sale on my store will be eligible for refunds. This includes prints, stickers, or pre-made items of any kind. However, your reasoning must be understandable! I will not accept refund requests for an item because you "don't like it", for example. Acceptable refund reasonin includes: damaged products, missing or lost packages/shipments, or issues with the products otherwise. Your refund will be processed when you ship the product back to XX Studios.

CONTENT POLICY:

Any custom requests that promote ANY illegal material will be denied. This should be self explanatory.
Custom services requiring more detail will be more expensive/incur extra fees. Custom or detailed backgrounds- also incur extra fees, the amount of which depends on complexity. NSFW (specifically sex scenes, or of the like-- not nude characters only) incurs an extra 50 dollar fee. 

COMMISSION PAYMENT PLANS/PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment-wise, I ask that you submit payment as you submit your form. I only accept PayPal as a payment method. 

Clients are required to pay my personal PayPal account, as PayPal Business holds most transactions. I will personally invoice you if needed, when you are required to fully pay. If you do not follow these instructions, I will refund you and ask to re-do your payment properly. Thank you.

Please note, I offer payment plans for all clients! Please message me directly to inquire about a payment plan. With payment plans, the first payment we agree on is expected at the time in which you submit your form. Thank you!

TIMELINE POLICY:

Please understand that custom work takes time. If you want your work done by a certain due date, you can pay an Date Fee. This promises your work's completion by a certain date of your choosing. Please choose a reasonable date for your commission type! Dates selected closer to the current date will be more expensive.
