YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE OR PRODUCT. THANK YOU!

REFUND POLICY:

I do not offer refunds for custom work. You must agree to this fact when employing my custom services! I put a lot of time and mental resources into my work. Refunds are simply not something I can offer. I instead can offer a new, or different custom service (like "store credit") to try and make up for any reason of needing a refund.
 
Pre-made items that are for sale on my store ARE eligible for refunds! This includes prints, stickers, etc. However, your reasoning must be understandable! I will not accept refund requests for an item because you "don't like it", for example. 

Acceptable refund reasoning includes: damaged products, missing or lost packages/shipments, or issues with the products otherwise. Your refund will be processed when you ship the product back to XXMEDIA and is delivered.

CONTENT POLICY/EXTRA SERVICES:

Any client requests that promote illegal material will be denied. This is self-explanatory.

Custom services requiring more detail (robotics, intensely detailed designs like clothing, etc.) incur extra fees. 

Adding a character incurs a separate full charge, based on my current pricehseet prices!

If you want to change something about your general custom work as I update you, that is fine! But, after 5 major design changes- each subsequent change is a fee of 5USD. Please be sure of what you want when you commission! You are paying for my time, after all. This rule does not apply for workshopping character designs, so don't worry!

Custom or detailed backgrounds are an extra flat rate of 20USD. 

NSFW, specifically sex scenes, or of the like (not artistically-nude-characters only), incurs an extra 30 dollar fee. This fee is a one time flat-rate fee, and does not apply for every added character, for example.

If you would like just a sketch commission (no color, and no refined lines), this will cost a flat rate of 15USD, no matter the complexity. Please inquire directly about these!

If you're unsure about a character design, or want maybe some assistance bringing your vision for a character to life, I offer a character workshopping service. This service includes: helping you design the look and feel of a character you have in your mind, leading up to a reference sheet featuring a front view, side view, and backside view of your new character (with formatted text about the character.). Having an affinity for character design, as well as experience in it, I'm happy to offer this service for clients! The flat rate for this service is 70USD.

Custom stickers are available as a new service, as well! This will be a set of ~30pcs XXMEDIA-custom stickers, from StickerApp. Please contact me for details regarding this, if you are interested!

If your custom request does not fit my pricesheet criteria (bust, character drawing, etc.) then you can also message me directly for a quote on what you're looking for! I do offer any sort of illustrative work after all- like logos or graphics, too.

COMMISSION PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment-wise, I ask that you submit payment as you submit your form. This reserves you a slot in my queue!

I only accept PayPal as a payment method. 

Clients are required to pay my personal PayPal account, as PayPal Business holds most transactions. I will personally invoice you if needed, when you are required to fully pay. If you do not follow these instructions, I will refund you and ask to re-do your payment properly. Thank you.

I offer payment plans. Please message me directly to inquire about a payment plan. With payment plans, the first payment we agree on is expected at the time in which you reserve your slots. Thank you!

TIMELINE POLICY:

Please understand that custom work takes time. If you want your work done by a certain due date, you can pay a Deadline Fee. This promises your work's completion by a certain date of your choosing. Please choose a reasonable date for your custom work! Dates selected closer to the current date (at time of commissioning) will be more expensive.
