The ALeRCE Hackathon is a hands-on event where participants will explore astronomical alert streams from ZTF and the Vera C. Rubin Observatory’s Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) using the ALeRCE broker. Participants will learn how to access and analyze alert data and use ALeRCE services, including the Explorer, APIs, TAP, and Python client. Working in groups, participants will develop their own projects, applying these tools to scientific questions of their interest. Whether you are new to alert streams or an experienced user, the hackathon is an opportunity to learn, experiment, and collaborate with the community.
