Image Awards

Instructions:

You must be the author of the image.
The image doesn't need to be directly related to your research; however, it must have been captured during your time in the program.
Your image description must include the date it was captured, the methodology used to obtain it, a description of what is shown, and, if applicable, the significance of the image.
Please, submit here.

Oral Presentation

Time: The presentation will have 10 min, with a subsequent 5 min question session.

Design: Make sure they are clear and clean. Feel free to choose your own slide design.

Language: Both oral and slides presentation must be in English.

Recommend: PDF format for the presentation.

Poster

Header: The symposium logo on the left, program/institute on the right.

Format:

Title Arial 54. Bold; Authors Arial 40. The first author underlined; Authors’ institute/University Arial 36, below the names of the authors; Subtitles (Introduction, Methods, Results, ...) Arial 54, Bold; Table Title Arial 28, Bold, above the table; Figure subtitle Arial 28, figure number in Bold, below the figure.

Time: The presentation must have 10 minutes.

Dimensions: 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

The use of this format isn't mandatory.
