Terms & Conditions

Bookings will only be made final with a deposit with a correct reference within 48 hours of a query.

Deposits is compulsory for all overnight visitors to X Ventures and day-visit groups above 10.

X Ventures cant be held responsible for weather or other unforeseen events.

Payment of deposit confirms that you and all your guests agree to all the Terms and conditions of X Ventures.

Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancelation within one Month prior to the booked date.

The client will be responsible for payment to the full amount of the booking. No lastminute changes will be accepted.

Day visit sites will remain reserved until 11;00 am of the booked date, where there after the deposit is forfeited and the day visit site becomes available for new bookings.

Overnight visitors can book in from 3pm on arrival date , and book out by 9:00am on the departure date.

X Venture is a private venue. Right of admission is strictly reserved by management.

No bad behavior, rowdiness, drunkenness or foul behavior will be allowed on the premises.

Entering the X Ventures premises and all activities at the premises is at own risk.

Visitors will be held liable for damage caused by Wrongful behavior on X Ventures premises.

No children under the age of 16 will be allowed without parental supervision.

Day visitor times are between 9:00am and 17:00pm . No exceptions.

No loud music or boomboxes are allowed.

NO MUSIC on Sundays.

Bathing suites for all ages is compulsory in pools or on the premises.

Enjoy the premises but allow others to enjoy it too.

NO DAYVISITORS OVER PUBLIC-HOLIDAYS AND 16 DES TO 15 JAN (except for special events)
