Eskimo Technologies Group ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application GPS Camera: GeoTag & Measure (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
GPS camera is a mobile application that allows users to:
capture photos and videos with GPS-related stamps;
use Earth View 3D features; and
use GPS measurement features.
The App uses certain device capabilities, including camera, microphone, location, and media access, solely to provide its user-facing functionality.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the App.
The App does not require account registration to use its core features.

screenshots, attachments, or logs you voluntarily send to us.

operating system version;
app version;

The App uses location only while you are actively using relevant features. The App does not request or use background location.
If you do not grant location permission, certain features may be unavailable or limited.
The App may request access to your camera, microphone, photos, videos, and device storage so that you can:
take photos;
record videos;
save or export captured content; and
view or manage created media.
The App does not upload your photos, videos, or location data to our servers as part of its core functionality.
If media is processed by the App, it is processed locally on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
We may use collected information to:
provide, operate, and maintain the App;
enable camera, video, GPS stamp, Earth View 3D, and GPS measurement features;
save, display, and manage user-created content on the device;
improve app stability, performance, compatibility, and usability;
perform analytics and crash reporting;
show advertising, where applicable;
comply with legal obligations; and
protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our services, and third parties.
The App may use third-party services, including services for:
advertising;
analytics;
crash reporting; and
performance monitoring.
These third-party providers may process certain device and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
with service providers that help us operate, analyze, secure, or monetize the App;

Some data may be stored only on your device and may be removed when you delete content, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.
You may also manage permissions such as camera, microphone, location, storage, and notifications through your device settings.

GPS camera does not require account creation to use its core features. Therefore, there is no in-app user account to delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after any update becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
