This Privacy Policy explains how Sunset Farm and other games published by xStefanR0 (independent developer based in Romania) collect, use, and protect your personal information. By downloading or playing our games, you agree to the practices described below.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as your real name, address, phone number, or financial data). Purchases are processed securely through Google Play and we do not store your payment details.

Authenticate your account via Google Sign-In and Firebase.
Save your game progress securely in the cloud.
Prevent fraud, cheating, or unauthorized access.
Improve gameplay, balance, and app performance.
Respond to support requests.

4. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days (up to 60 days in complex cases).

6. Age Restriction & Children’s Privacy
Our games are rated 13+ on Google Play, meaning they are not suitable for children under 13.
However, regarding personal data:
In the European Union (including Romania), players must be at least 16 years old to use the online features of our games, unless parental consent is provided.
In other regions (such as the United States), players must be at least 13 years old, in line with local laws.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under these ages without parental consent. If we discover such data, it will be promptly deleted.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (Google Firebase, secure authentication, and encryption in transit) to protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

The Game may include virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems) and virtual items.
Purchases of virtual items are non-refundable.
Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
Engage in any illegal activity within the Game.
All content in the Game (graphics, code, design, logos, and names) is owned by us.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app deletion option or via our Account Deletion Form.
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Game, including lost progress, in-app purchases, or technical issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Game after updates means you accept the new Terms.
