Xstatic Creations specializes in custom and personalized apparel, awards, and branded merchandise for equestrian organizations, barns, events, and businesses. The products featured here represent some of our most popular offerings, but by no means encompass everything we are able to provide.

Embroidery Services & Pricing

Our embroidery services require a one-time digitizing fee of $35 per logo or design. Adding digitizing for larger items such as horse sheets and blankets have an additional charge of $10 for a total of $45. Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file that allows the design to be embroidered accurately and consistently. This is a one-time fee and is waived on future orders using the same design.

Embroidery charges are based on stitch count, at a rate of $1.50 per 1,000 stitches (minimum $10.00 per embroidered item). Final embroidery pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design.

Embroidery fees are not included in product pricing unless otherwise noted.

Customized Products & Awards

Custom Engraved Patches

Our custom laser-engraved patches are made from premium vegan leather and are designed to be added to your own items for a clean, professional, and fully customized finish. Patches are priced by the square inch and can be engraved with your logo, design, text, or wording, then laser cut into endless shape options. Each patch can be made with your choice of heat-activated adhesive for soft surfaces (applied using an at-home iron or heat press), peel-and-stick adhesive for hard surfaces, or no backing for customers who prefer to apply with glue or other methods. Multiple vegan leather color options are available.

Small (12 square inches or less) -- $1.00/sq. in. (ex: 2x3 = $6.00)
Medium (12-50 sq. in) -- $.75/sq. in. (ex: 5x5 = $18.75)
Large (50 sq. in. or more) -- $.30/sq. in (ex: 10x12 = $36.00)

Custom Hang Tags

Our custom laser-engraved hang tags are a versatile and reusable option for branding, awards, and recognition. Designed with a small clip, these tags easily attach to backpack zippers, hay nets, gear bags, totes, tack bags, halters, stall totes, and any item with a loop, zipper, or hook, making them both functional and stylish.

Laser engraved for a clean, professional finish, each hang tag can be customized with your logo, show name, event title, placement, year, or wording of your choice. Because they are not permanently attached, they are an excellent solution for horse show awards or events where leftover awards may be reused for future shows, divisions, or programs.

$12 each - 2.5"-3.5" size is the recommended size and can be made as square, circle, or similar shapes. Price includes engraving on one side. Larger sizes can be made! Please request a quote if you have a different size in mind!

GROOMING HALTER

Halters can be customized with engraved vegan leather nameplates or brass, silver nameplates, and can also have bling added- please send us a message for more info!

Our grooming halters are made from premium 1" Nylon webbing, which is strong, lightweight, and flexible. Additionally, grooming halters have a brass-plated spring snap at the throat for easy access while grooming. Available in 2 styles and 3 sizes.

Ordering Policies and Procedures:

Please review our ordering policy information below to help ensure a smooth and successful ordering experience. These policies are designed to provide clarity on customization, pricing, production timelines, and approvals so that your order can be completed accurately and on schedule.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1.) Payments: All custom and personalized orders must be paid in full before the order is added to our production schedule, products are ordered, or production can begin. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not begin any design work, ordering of materials, or production until payment has been received. We accept Zelle, Venmo, as well as credit, debit, and ACH via Square invoicing. If payment has not been received within 72 hours of invoicing, the order will be canceled.

2.) Customized/Personalized Orders: All custom and personalized products are made to your specifications, please ensure your have the correct logo, design, wording, etc. prior to finalizing your order. Proofs will be provided when applicable but are not available for all items. Changes cannot be made once order production begins.

3.) Turnaround Time: Typical Turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. Production timelines vary based on product type, order size, and customization method (engraving, embroidery, DTF printing, etc.), and time of year, etc. Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of order and begin once artwork is approved and payment is received.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on production capacity. Any order received and accepted with less than 3 weeks' notice may be subject to rush fees.

4.) Shipping/Delivery: Shipping charges are billed once your order is completed and ready to ship, as shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, destination, and current carrier rates; for this reason, we charge exact shipping costs rather than estimates, and shipping is not invoiced until your order is finished and prepared for shipment.

We ship via UPS and FedEx, and the carrier and service level will be selected based on the best available option unless otherwise requested. We are located in Spring Hill, Florida, and offer free local pickup, and in some situations local delivery or meet-ups may be arranged based on delivery location, scheduling, and order size.

Orders will not be released for shipment until shipping charges are paid. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or delivery errors made by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, and we are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses; any additional charges resulting from address corrections or reshipments are the responsibility of the customer.

5.) Customer Supplied Items: When customers provide their own items for customization with embroider, engraving, or other methods, we are not responsible for damage, defects, or wear that occurs due to the nature of the item or the customization process. Please note that while we take care while customizing, all products, supplying your own items are used at your own risk.

6.) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a production error on our part.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the matter!

7.) Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed so long as we have not begun ordering products and/or production has not started. All sales are final, otherwise.

8.) Design Creation/Digitizing/Product Photographs: All digitized files and custom artwork created by us, remain the property of Xstatic Creations and The Ritzy Pony Boutique, LLC and may not be reproduced without consent. We reserve the right to photograph customized and personalized items for social media and promotional use unless otherwise requested upon placing your order.
