XSS LTD has established a meticulously designed recruitment process for security officers that enables us to select only the most competent, reliable, and professional individuals.
Candidates are required to provide a Certificate of Good Character from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) as part of their application. Those who are shortlisted will undergo thorough background and medical evaluations before potentially becoming a member of our XSS LTD team.
Additionally, our security staff consent to regular drug testing.
The performance and progress of all our employees are regularly monitored and evaluated to ensure a consistent level of quality in our services.
