General Rules
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms listed in this document, and any additional terms discussed between the client and myself.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 or have parental permission to purchase a commission from me, and you agree to all charges discussed between the commissioner and the artist.
Being a full-time student, it may take some time for me to complete any given commission depending on the type and content of said commission. If something needs to be completed within a specific time frame, please let me know and I will see if it fits into my schedule. Otherwise, please be patient and I will get the commission done as soon as I can.
Once the commission is completed, the client is free to repost it with proper credits to one of my social media accounts. (Bluesky is preferred)
Commissioned art may not be used for commercial use unless previously discussed. There may be an additional fee for this depending on the use of the commissioned piece.
Do not buy or sell my art for AI/crypto/NFTs under any circumstance. Doing so will result in an immediate ban from future commissions and a block.
I will work off of just about any reference, from a detailed reference sheet to a detailed description! However, please keep in mind that I may be prone to asking more questions for less specific references to make sure the finished commission is satisfactory.

I am willing to attempt almost any character to the best of my ability, so don’t hesitate to ask! These are just what I’m the most comfortable with.
Anthro, furry, and feral characters of most species. I have the most experience drawing mammals and reptiles, but I will still try to draw other animals/creatures to the best of my ability.
Open and closed species.
Characters of all genders and sexualities.
Armour, robots, and mecha. Please note that providing extra references for this category is preferred (if possible).
Humans/Humanoids.
Violence/Gore in moderation. Please ask about this one as there are certain subject matters that I am not comfortable drawing.
Non-sexual nudity.

This list is made up of things that I will not draw under any circumstance, and it generally includes any subjects that are harmful to others and/or illegal.
I will not be drawing NSFW at this time. Please do not ask unless I’ve said otherwise.
Fetishes (killing, guts, inflation, foot, etc).
NSFW/Suggestive art containing minors.
Zoophilia, necrophilia, and any other illegal -philia.
Racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQIA+ content.

My minimum turnaround time is usually two weeks or less, but may vary depending on my schedule and/or life circumstances. Exact dates are unlikely to be provided, but please ask if something is needed by a certain deadline and I'll see if I can fit it in! However, it is not a guarantee and I will notify you ahead of time if I am unable to meet the deadline due to extenuating circumstances.
Commissions will be focused on first and foremost, with trades coming second. Personal work will be completed between these things as needed.
I will try to complete commissions in the order that they were placed, but some things may be completed first if they require less time and/or effort than larger pieces.
Typically, the only updates I will provide are thumbnail sketches (if needed) and a cleaned sketch thereafter. Please ask for specific updates if you'd like them, and I will be more than happy to provide them.

Payment is required after the sketch is approved at the latest, and I will only continue to work on it if the payment has been made in full.
Payment must be made through paypal via invoice or paypal.me website.
I am only accepting USD, but paypal should convert your local currency for you.
For graphics for things like streaming or branding that will be making a profit, an additional fee of +50% of the original quote will be applied to your commission price.
For any art that will be sold, printed, manufactured, or otherwise redistributed for a profit, an additional fee of +200% of the original quote will be applied to your commission price.

Any changes are allowed to be made during the sketch preview! Once I've started colouring/shading, I will try to accommodate any changes needed, but I will generally only allow minor changes, like missed lines, markings, or minor colour adjustments.
I will not issue any refunds or cancellations once the sketch is approved and I have started working on the final piece. The only circumstance where I will do this is if I had to cancel the commission, and in that case you will be refunded in full regardless of the commission's state.
If a cancellation is issued after a sketch has been shown, the commissioner is not permitted to keep the sketch unless they pay the cost of the sketch out of their refund amount. Please also keep in mind that I will refund you in full minus the fee that paypal took (i.e. a $40 commission, but paypal took a $5 fee, I will only send back $35).
Issuing a chargeback will result in an immediate ban from further commissions and a block from me.
