• Visual Effects: Your photos are used solely to generate the requested visual effect through Fal.ai's AI services. The data is discarded immediately after processing.

• Third-Party Processing: We use the Fal.ai API to process your photos to generate requested visual effects. The photos are transmitted to and processed by Fal.ai solely to generate the requested visual effect.This processing is subject to both our privacy practices and Fal.ai's privacy practices. • No Data Retention: We do not store your photos, generated effects, or any user content after processing.

• No Sale of Data: We do not store your photos, edited photos, or any user content after processing.

5. Face Data

XRayly does not collect, store, or use face data for facial recognition or biometric identification. The app does not perform facial recognition, face identification, or extract facial features. Photos you upload may contain faces, but they are processed only as ordinary image files to generate requested visual effects. Images are not used by XRayly to identify, profile, or recognize individuals.

XRayly is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
