I was born in Patagonia, Argentina, and moved to La Plata to study one of my passions: Astronomy. From the beginning, I was interested in Planetary Sciences, not only in our Solar System but those planets that orbit other stars. In order to deepen the study of the dynamics of exoplanets, I moved to Córdoba to do my PhD. During my master's and doctorate years, I got numerical and observational skills which allowed me to obtain postdoc offers in prestigious institutions. In addition, I have participated in international schools and meetings, as well as an internship at the Niels Bohr International Academy in Denmark.
I started academic teaching as an undergraduate student as a teaching assistant of the Introductory Course on Elementary Math, Elementary Math, and Numerical Analysis I courses at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Later, I became an assistant professor at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, where I taught the courses of Mathematics II, and Numerical Analysis. Now, I embarked on an excellent teaching challenge: Data Visualization!
I am convinced that teaching is a fundamental part of my growth as a scientist. It is crucial to communicate, promote and stimulate curiosity for science.
Teaching is the way to learn.
2024: Assistant Professor at Multidisciplinary Center for Physics, Universidad Mayor, Chile.
2023: Postdoc Researcher at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile. I explored the application of my expertise to observational topics. My host was Rafael Brahm.
2022-2023: Postdoc Researcher at Instituto Milenio de Astrofísica, Chile. I worked on N-body dynamics and planet migration. My host was Andrés Jordán.
2019-2022: Postdoc Researcher at The Niels Bohr International Academy, Denmark, working with Martin Pessah and Pablo Benítez-Llambay on self-consistent planet migration calculations.
2018-2019: Postdoc Researcher at Observatorie de la Côte d'Azur, France. I worked with Elena Lega, Alessandro Morbidelli, and Aurelien Crida on migrating giant planets in stratified wind-driven protoplanetary disks.
2017, Nov: PhD in Astronomy at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba under the supervision of Dr. Cristian Beaugé and financial support from CONICET. During my PhD I studied the dynamics of multi-planetary systems, especially in mean motion resonances.
