Stacy is a GEM! She completed a purchase package for us early Saturday morning to ensure that docs made it to FedEx before their early pick-up time. She use her mobile scanner to provide scans so we could review it right away. When I called Stacy to make sure she understood the importance of having the docs delivered she knew all of the Saturday FedEx location options right away. She was also very pleasant to speak and kept the portal status' updated. We look forward to working with Stacy again.
