3. Split Bill Data
When you use the split bill feature:
* Participants are added by name only
* No phone numbers or contact details of split participants are collected or stored
* Split bill data is used solely for shared expense tracking and display purposes
* Xpenly does not verify participant identities and is not responsible for disputes between users.
4. Data Storage & Security
* We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data.
* Data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access or disclosure.
* However, no digital system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
5. Advertisements & Analytics
* Currently, Xpenly does not display advertisements.
* In the future, we may integrate advertising services such as Google AdMob.
* Analytics tools may be used to collect anonymized usage data to improve the App.
6. Data Sharing
* We do not sell, rent, or trade personal user data.
