These sessions are approximately 10 minutes.
Consultation Level 2
I get to know you! While these are far from a therapy session, it is important for me to capture a few details, so I know how you would like to use your time to heal.
These sessions are approximately 15 minutes.
BSP - Standard *
This session allows for approximately 45 minutes of processing and approximately 10 minutes of debriefing.
All BSP services come with a customized summary of your session.
BSP - Extended *
This session allows for approximately 1.5 hours of processing and approximately 15 minutes of debrief.
All BSP services come with a customized summary of your session.
BSP - Deeper Dig *
This session allows for approximately 3 hours of processing and approximately 30 minutes of debrief.

BSP - Continued Attunements *
