How to install these Voice Packs?
You should easily go to the TF2's files by locating its local files
It should look something like "Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom"
Place the VPK File and it should play in game
Some voice files may contain TF2C (Team Fortress 2 Classic)
It should be something like
"Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\tf2classic\custom"
Make sure you have the game first.
