Dream Box Studio provides the XO King mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use XO King, why it is used, and what privacy choices are available to you.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

XO King may collect or process the following information:

• Game activity, such as app launches, sessions, completed levels, wins, losses, rewards, feature usage and interactions.

• Device information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, network type and approximate region.

• Advertising information, such as advertising ID, ad impressions, clicks and rewarded-ad completion.

• Technical information, such as crashes, errors, performance information and diagnostic data.

• Locally saved information, such as unlocked levels, stars, coins, XP, boosters, settings and notification preferences.

XO King does not require an account and is not designed to collect your name, phone number, postal address, contacts, photographs, precise GPS location, financial information or government identification.

2. LOCAL GAME DATA

Your game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.

Local data normally remains on your device until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall the game. Clearing storage or uninstalling XO King may permanently remove your progress if cloud saving is unavailable.

3. FIREBASE ANALYTICS

XO King uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the game and to improve its performance and gameplay.

Firebase Analytics may process:

• App activity and usage events
• Device and operating-system information
• App version and language
• Approximate country or region
• Technical and diagnostic identifiers

We do not intentionally send your name, email address or other directly identifying information to Firebase Analytics.

Google processes this information according to its own privacy policies and terms.

4. ADMOB ADVERTISING

XO King may use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or process:

• Advertising ID or similar identifiers
• IP address
• Device information
• Approximate location
• Ad impressions and clicks
• Rewarded-ad completion
• Information used for advertising measurement and fraud prevention

Depending on your location and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Rewards are granted only after you choose to watch an advertisement and the game receives confirmation that it was completed.

Interstitial advertisements may appear after every three completed campaign levels. They will not intentionally interrupt active gameplay or appear after a loss or draw.

5. CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES

Where legally required, XO King will request your consent before using information for personalized advertising or analytics.

You may decline personalized advertising and continue playing the core game.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland must be provided with a Privacy Choices option allowing them to review, change or withdraw advertising consent.

You may also reset or delete your advertising identifier through Android device settings.

6. NOTIFICATIONS

XO King may request permission to send friendly gameplay reminders, such as:

• Daily challenge reminders
• Daily reward reminders
• Progress reminders
• Inactivity reminders
• Milestone reminders

Notifications are not sent while you are actively playing.

You can allow, block or revoke notification permission through Android system settings.

7. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information may be used to:

• Operate and maintain the game
• Save progress and preferences
• Improve gameplay and level balancing
• Measure player engagement
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems
• Display and measure advertisements
• Deliver rewarded-ad benefits
• Prevent fraud and invalid advertising activity
• Comply with legal requirements

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

XO King may use the following third-party services:

Google Firebase — App configuration and analytics.

Google AdMob — Advertising delivery, measurement, rewarded advertisements and fraud prevention.

Google Play — App distribution, licensing, security and store services.

These services may process information according to their respective privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, protect users or defend our legal rights.

Dream Box Studio does not directly sell personally identifying information.

9. DATA RETENTION

Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the application’s storage or uninstall XO King.

Firebase Analytics and AdMob information may be retained according to Dream Box Studio’s configured service settings and Google’s retention, aggregation and deletion policies.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for game operation, analytics, advertising, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

10. DATA DELETION

XO King does not currently require a player account.

You can remove locally stored information by:

• Clearing XO King’s storage through Android settings
• Uninstalling XO King
• Resetting the advertising identifier through Android settings
• Withdrawing eligible advertising consent through Privacy Choices
• Disabling notification permission through Android settings

Because XO King does not require an account, Dream Box Studio may be unable to identify information stored only under anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers.

11. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information.

These measures include limiting collected information, using established service providers and using encrypted network connections where supported.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

XO King is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they should contact Dream Box Studio so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

Google and other service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence.

These service providers apply their own legal and security safeguards for international information transfers.

14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction or deletion
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent
• Request data portability
• Submit a complaint to a data-protection authority

Requests will be reviewed and fulfilled where applicable.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Dream Box Studio may update this Privacy Policy when XO King’s features, service providers or legal requirements change.

The latest version will display an updated revision date. Important changes may also be communicated through the game or Google Play listing.
