3. Firebase and Third-Party Services
XO Arena uses Firebase services provided by Google, including but not limited to:

These services help us provide authentication, online gameplay, secure storage, realtime room updates, and account data syncing.

4. Online Rooms and Match Data
When you create or join an online room, XO Arena may store:
- Room code
- Host user ID
- Guest user ID
- Player display names
- Player profile photos
- Selected X/O skins
- Selected avatar frame
- Board size
- Round count
- Moves
- Match result
- Winner and loser information
- Prize pool and coin-related room data, if the match uses coins
This information is used to run online matches, prevent abuse, calculate results, and show match history.
5. Coins, Rewards, and Virtual Items
XO Arena includes virtual coins, cosmetic items, X/O skins, avatar frames, and referral rewards.
Coins and virtual items have no real-world cash value unless explicitly required by applicable law or platform rules. They are used only inside XO Arena.
We may store coin transactions, item purchases, reward history, and unlock status to keep your account synchronized.

We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app, such as Firebase and Google Play services.

We use Firebase security rules, authentication, and platform tools to protect user data.
However, no online service is 100% secure. Users should keep their account login information safe and should not share private account details with others.

We keep user data as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account progress, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support user requests.
Some records, such as purchase logs, fraud prevention logs, and security logs, may be retained for a longer period where necessary.
