Account & Login Help
If you have trouble signing in, first check your internet connection and make sure you are using the correct sign-in method.
If you use email/password authentication and have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the Quick Challenge Arena login screen.
Online Multiplayer Help
Online multiplayer requires an active internet connection. Connection interruptions may affect room creation, joining, matchmaking, or an ongoing game.
Advertisements & Rewards
Rewarded advertisements require an available advertisement and an internet connection. Advertisement availability may vary, so a rewarded advertisement may not always be available.

You can request permanent deletion of your Quick Challenge Arena account and associated data by emailing:

Send the request from the email address associated with your Quick Challenge Arena account where possible, or provide enough information for us to verify the account.
After verifying the request, we will process deletion of the applicable Quick Challenge Arena account information and associated game data, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
