Xmode collects and processes limited user data to provide account access, workout planning, nutrition tracking, subscriptions, and personalized fitness features.
Information we collect
We may collect the following information:
- Email address and authentication data
- Profile information (age, sex, height, weight, activity level, fitness goals)
- Workout and training data generated or entered in the app
- Nutrition, food scan, calorie, and macro tracking data
- Subscription and purchase status
- Device and technical information required for app functionality
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide personalized fitness and nutrition features
- Generate workout recommendations within the Xmode system
- Enable subscription access and premium features
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and ensure service reliability
Workout generation and processing
To generate workout recommendations, Xmode processes selected fitness preferences and inputs using Xmode backend services.
This workout flow does not send personal data to a third-party AI provider.
Third-party services
Xmode uses trusted third-party providers to operate the app, including:
- Firebase (authentication, database, infrastructure)
- Apple and Google (platform services)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
These providers may process limited data strictly as required to deliver their services.
Xmode does not sell personal data.
Data retention
Xmode retains user data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, including account access, workout generation, nutrition tracking, subscriptions, and support obligations.
Data may be retained for a limited period when required for:
- Legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
- Billing and transaction records
Account and data deletion
Users can delete their account directly within the app.
Steps to delete an account:
1. Sign in to the app
2. Open "Nutrition Profile"
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Enter your password and confirm
When account deletion is completed:
- The user account is permanently removed from the authentication system
- Associated profile, workout, and app data stored in Xmode systems are deleted
Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting support.
